Volunteer with Us Today
Whether you consider yourself a painter or not, we have so many meaningful opportunities to share with you -- ie, ways for you to use your talents, develop your skills, and bring a smile to your spirit.
OUR HEART-FELT BELIEF
When you start looking at our available opportunities, you'll notice that many not only benefit animals but also involve underserved groups. This is very intentional. Animal neglect is not just about animals. It's also about communities that have forgotten the best of themselves. Our goal is that no one feels neglected or abandoned, whether animal or human. To this end, we actively strive to involve everyone in our efforts.
OPPORTUNITY TYPES & LOCATION
We need friendly people to help at paint events, farmers’ markets, our art gallery and studio, area galleries, and special events. There are lots of ways to get involved, and you can be as engaged as you prefer. We can match you with your volunteering passion. For instance, from meeting people while handing out flyers at an event to sketching images of rescue animals to include in paint kits. You can work behind the scenes or be front-and-center as an art docent at a paint party. You can help remotely or find us locally — eg, North Snohomish, South Snohomish/North King, Seattle, South King/Pierce, Thurston, Skagit, etc.
Wait, You Have an Art Gallery?
Yep, we do, and we need staff there too! It's located in Bellis Fair Mall in the friendly community of Bellingham. Our artist gallery is really lovely and very inviting. We're looking for volunteers for shifts or a day. Love art, love pets, love people... this is for you!
